Most of us assume that since our bodies can naturally get rid of the toxins, there is no need for a detox. However, this is not true as everybody is exposed to toxins such as mercury from the environment which the other organs might find hard to get rid of.
Signs that show your body needs a detox
1. Skin sensitivities and acne
If your skin starts being sensitive to things it wasn’t sensitive to before, this is a good sign that your body has lots of toxins. Also, acne is a clear sign that your skin is in dire need of help to remove the toxins in your body.
2. Brain fog
Brain fog or cognitive impairment means that you are not able to clearly think or reason as before. This could be at your workplace where you may also lack the motivation to work and reason out problems.
